Audience: Managers, coaches and team leaders or those moving into these roles 

Objectives: Upon successful completion students will be able to:
  • recognize one's social style and the implications of this style on others
  • understand different social styles and methods of dealing with those in different social style cohorts
  • comprehend the importance of change and the impediments to it within an organization
  • how to lead others through a change process
  • develop effective communications skills for managing change with team members
  • learn to implement and carry out a performance management process
  • understand how to set specific goals, track performance and conduct meaningful review discussions with subordinates

Content: Topics include:
  • individual interpersonal social styles inventory for each participant
  • communications skills for dealing with the 4 major social styles
  • change management process
  • dealing with stress in change management
  • performance management process
  • skills for handling performance reviews

Activities: Lectures, role play, individual and team exercises
