Audience: Technicians, designers and field support personnel who must install, configure and maintain Cisco Unified Call Manager solutions. 

Objectives: Upon successful completion students will be able to:
  • Implement SRST and MGCP Fallback
  • Understand issues related to multi-site deployment
  • Configure SIP, Intercluster trunks, TEHO
  • Configure CUCM to register with a gatekeeper
  • Configure bandwidth control and Call Admission Control, RSVP agent, and GK controlled CAC
  • Configure AAR,and multi-site MOH by region
  • Program Tcl XML call applications on gateways
  • Deploy Cisco Unified Mobility
  • Monitoring and reporting CUCM activity
  • Secure Cisco Unified Call Manager in a telephone environment
  • Configure secure signalling sRTP
  • Understand authentiation and cryptographic protocols required for securing CUCM deployments
  • Configure device mobility, extension mobility and unfied mobility
