Prerequisites: Working knowledge and experience with electronic documentation, MAP operation, SFDEV, DSKUT, SERVORD, LOGUTIL, table database editor, database back-up image taking, line equipment frames and corresponding datafill, trunk equipment frames and corresponding datafill  

Audience: Personnel maintaining Nortel's SL-100 for the US military 

Objectives: Upon successful completion students will be able to:
  • maintain system functionality by analyzing and repairing system faults using and understanding (i) Nortel documentation to determine system functionality and access maintenance procedures (ii) a MAP terminal to interface to the system hardware
