- backup and recover system database
- recover system from disk image
- perform basic system maintenance tasks
- server software and hardware installation
- server configuration
- fault isolation
- recovery from disk image
- managing keycode controlled features

||Complete work projects as assigned. A comprehensive test will be administered on the final day.
