Audience: Customer and distributor administrators, telco trainers, installation and maintenance repair technicians 

Objectives: Upon successful completion students will be able to:
  • operate CallPilot mailbox features
  • complete tasks for setting up administration
  • perform basic day-to-day administration
  • monitor system performance
  • set up Outcalling administration
  • set up and use CallPilot Reporter
  • use Desktop Messaging and My CallPilot
  • use online help

  • CallPilot Mailbox features
  • basic and advance administration tasks
  • Outcalling administration
  • CallPilot operational measurements
  • Desktop Messaging

Activities: Lecture, group exercises, database configuration  

Class Size: Up to 6 attendees 

Duration: 4 days 

Assessment: Complete work projects as assigned. A course test covering the material will be administered on the final day.
