Name: CallPilot System Administration and Applications for Technicians

Prerequisites: Familiarization with Windows, Windows Server Platform, Meridian 1 or Communications Server 1000 PABX  

Audience: Technicians whose function is to assist administrators in setting up CallPilot and its applications 

Objectives: Upon successful completion students will be able to:
  • describe CallPilot features
  • use CallPilot Multimedia Messaging
  • use CallPilot Manager to set up and administer the CallPilot database
  • access and use online help
  • maintain the system
  • use Application Builder

Content: Topics include:
  • CallPilot feature overview
  • creating and maintaining applications using the Application Builder interface
  • monitoring performance
  • maintenance procedures

Activities: Lecture, group exercises, hands-on system configuration  

Class Size: Up to 6 attendees 

Duration: 5 days 

Assessment: Complete work projects as assigned. A comprehensive test based on the course materials will be administered on the final day.
